Care Instructions

  1. How to Clean: Your jewellery should be cleaned regularly. Clean it with a soft microfiber cloth. If it needs more washing then clean it with a soft brush and soapy water (one without perfume or harsh chemicals). Rinse it with plain water and pat dry using a microfiber cloth.
  2. How to Store: To prevent damage and loss, store your jewellery in their original
    boxes/pouch after each wear; contact with other jewellery pieces could cause scratches. Chains should be closed and laid flat to avoid them becoming tangled.

Exchange & Retuns

  1. Exchange: We offer 100% buyback, after a 10% reduction on original purchase. For more details please check our Exchange Policy section.
  2. Return: We accept return of certain items; buyer needs to contact us within 48 hours of the purchase. For more details please check our Return Policy section.

Is there a store or boutique near me?

We only have 1 store in India.

Size chart

  1. Ring: To know your size at home, take a soft thread or ribbon and tie it gently around your finger (your finger should be able to move inside). Then measure the thread using a ruler, and match the dimensions with our size chart. If you are in between two sizes opt for a larger size.
  2. Bracelet: Same thing goes for bracelets -- To know your size at home, take a soft thread or ribbon and tie it gently around your wrist (your wrist should be able to move inside). Then measure the thread using a ruler, and match the dimensions with our size chart. If you are in between two sizes opt for a larger size.

Shipping

We ship orders in 2-5 business days. We will inform you if there are any delays.

Shipping estimates for Custom Jewellery varies. It depends on how long it will take to get ready. We will inform you this as we begin to work on your order.
