Shipping and Delivery Policy
1 We engage third-party logistic service providers for product shipping and delivery. Details of the logistic partner will be provided once the product is handed over for delivery.
2 We attempt to deliver products within the estimated timeline notified to you. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays via email or mobile.
3 You must provide accurate and complete information for delivery. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
4 Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the product a maximum of 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a return. Shipping and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
5 We charge shipping fees based on the value of the product, type of product, area of delivery, and payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded except in cases where the product is delivered defective or damaged due to reasons accepted by us.
6 Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners.
7 Your order will be shipped in 2-3 days after payment confirmation and depending on the product and delivery destination.
