1. Cancellation of Products
1.1 You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after this time period.
1.2 If you change your mind regarding an order, you may cancel the purchase by referencing the unique order number received from us and requesting cancellation via email at info@madanjewellersindia.com or by calling +91-98725 30673. You must do this within 24 hours of placing the order.
1.3 Upon receipt of the cancellation request before the invoice is processed, we will cancel the order and initiate the refund within 2 business days. The amount will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase and will be reflected in your account within 7 to 10 days. All refunds are subject to applicable bank/financial institution policies and charges.

2. Return of Products
2.1 Products below INR 2,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Lakhs) are eligible for return. You may initiate a return request if:
- The product is damaged.
- Both the product and shipping package are damaged.
- The product is defective or not in working condition.
- The product is of poor quality.
- Parts of the product or accessory are missing.
- The product delivered is different from the one ordered.
- You are dissatisfied with the purchased product.
2.2 You must initiate return requests within 48 hours of product delivery.
2.3 Products should be kept in their original, unused condition with the original invoice, sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pickup.
2.4 Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. Alternatively, you may return products at our physical store with the original invoice, order number, and reason for return.
2.5 We will not accept returns if:
- The order was placed for the wrong product model, color, or incorrect product.
- The product belongs to the non-returnable category.
- The return request is not made within the return period.
- The product price is above INR 2,00,000.

3. Refund
3.1 At the time of raising a return or cancellation request, you may seek a refund for the non-compliant product, provided payment has been received by us.
3.2 Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 2 business day from the date of verification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet as chosen by you. It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
3.3 We do not offer cash refunds. The refund amount will be credited within 20 working days, depending on the payment method.
3.4 Refunds do not include shipping charges or other applicable charges, except in cases where the product was delivered damaged or defective due to reasons accepted by us after verification.
3.5 We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the product does not meet the specified conditions.

4. Exchange Policy
4.1 We offer a 100% buy-back with a 10% reduction on the original product purchased.
4.2 Products can be exchanged provided they satisfy the following conditions:
- The package is opened in front of our delivery agent and the receipt is acknowledged.
- The product is not worn, cleaned, or tampered with.
- The price tag, barcode, brand tags, and original packaging are intact.
- The product is not altered unless there is a proven vendor defect.
- Return is initiated against the order under which it was bought.
- The product has no foul odor, perfume stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage.
- The product is returned as a complete set if bought as a set.
- The product is unused, undamaged, unwashed, and in a saleable condition.
- We are satisfied that the product is not rendered defective or unusable.

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1 We engage third-party logistic service providers for product shipping and delivery. Details of the logistic partner will be provided once the product is handed over for delivery.
5.2 We attempt to deliver products within the estimated timeline notified to you. However, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays via email or mobile.
5.3 You must provide accurate and complete information for delivery. We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
5.4 Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the product a maximum of 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a return. Shipping and delivery charges will be deducted from the refund.
5.5 We charge shipping fees based on the value of the product, type of product, area of delivery, and payment method. Shipping fees will not be refunded except in cases where the product is delivered defective or damaged due to reasons accepted by us.
5.6 Return of purchased products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners.
5.7 Orders are shipped in 2-3 business days after payment confirmation depending upon the nature of the product and delivery destination.
